Refund Policy

Brilliant Boards is committed to providing reliable digital advertising services and maintaining clear, consistent terms for all advertisers. This Refund & Service Credit Policy applies to advertising campaigns purchased through Brilliant Boards.

1. Refunds Before a Campaign Begins

Advertisers may request a full refund if the request is received at least three (3) calendar days before the scheduled campaign start date, minus any costs already paid by Brilliant Boards. Refund requests received within three (3) calendar days of the campaign start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. No Refunds After the Refund Deadline

Once the three-day refund period has passed, all campaign payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline, including once a campaign has started or if an advertiser chooses to discontinue a campaign for any reason.

3. Circumstances Outside of Brilliant Boards' Control

If Brilliant Boards is unable to provide advertising services, in whole or in part, because of circumstances outside of our reasonable control, the affected advertising time may be issued as service credit toward a future campaign.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

* Electrical outages or interruptions

* Equipment or hardware failure

* Internet or network outages

* Building or host-location closures

* Natural disasters

* Government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances

Service credit will be based on the portion of the campaign that was materially affected. Service credit is not redeemable for cash and does not constitute a refund.

4. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and approving their advertising content and campaign details before the campaign begins. Changes or cancellations requested by the advertiser after the applicable refund period are not eligible for a refund.

5. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing advertising services or services from Brilliant Boards, the advertiser acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to this Refund & Service Credit Policy. Brilliant Boards reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the applicable campaign. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. We encourage you to review this Policy frequently to stay informed.
